        Welcome to Marsh Street Commons, the latest signature project by Mangano Homes. This project offers lofts, single-family homes and office/retail space in the high-traffic, pedestrian-oriented San Luis Obispo downtown.The retail space offers a total of 8,591 square feet of commercial space.     About the builder:
    Long-time Visalia builder and developer Andy Mangano, now a San Luis Obispo resident, recently completed a neighborhood of single-family homes at Bowden Ranch in San Luis Obispo and at Grace Lane in Arroyo Grande.
